Delivery
As every door and window is made to your exact size and colour, please allow 3–4 weeks for dispatch. Delivery is free on orders over £750; a delivery charge applies to smaller orders, calculated at checkout.
Damage in Transit
Please inspect your order on delivery where possible. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at hello@nexodoors.co.uk with photos and your order number, and we'll sort it out.
Returns
As every order is produced to your chosen size and colour, made-to-order doors and windows are not eligible for change-of-mind returns once production has started. If your item arrives faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
